Refund Policy
At Research Bull, we value the trust placed in us by our clients and remain committed to delivering research and advisory-related services. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain accuracy and professionalism in our recommendations, clients must understand that no assurance or guarantee of 100% accuracy, profits, or performance can be provided in the securities market.
Once a client subscribes to any of our services and the payment is successfully processed, the subscribed services and recommendations shall commence as per the applicable service plan. If a client is dissatisfied for any reason, they may contact us for clarification, support or guidance regarding future recommendations and services.
Delivery is deemed complete on transmission
We strive to ensure uninterrupted communication and timely delivery of recommendations through WhatsApp broadcasts, emails, or other approved communication channels. However, if a client fails to receive messages due to issues originating from the client's side — including but not limited to inactive mobile numbers, internet disruptions, blocked messages, device settings, or application-related restrictions — the services shall still be considered successfully delivered if our communication service provider confirms successful transmission to the client's registered contact details.
Accordingly, refund requests based on non-receipt of WhatsApp messages, emails or alerts due to client-side technical issues shall not be accepted. Clients are advised to keep their internet connection, WhatsApp application, email access and registered contact details active and functional during market hours and throughout the service period.
What is not refundable
All subscriptions and payments made towards services are final. No refund, adjustment or compensation shall be provided for the period during which services have already been rendered or availed by the client. Any dissatisfaction regarding research recommendations, market movement, trading outcomes, or service quality during the utilised subscription period shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
What is refundable — pro-rata on the unutilised period
In accordance with applicable SEBI guidelines, if a client wishes to discontinue or cancel the subscription, any eligible refund shall be restricted only to the unutilised portion of the subscription period. Such refund, if applicable, shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting charges for services already availed, along with applicable taxes, statutory deductions and administrative charges.
Refunds shall not be granted for services already consumed or for losses incurred in the securities market based on research recommendations. Investments and trading in securities markets are subject to market risks, and all profits or losses arising from investment or trading decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client.
By subscribing to our services and making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Disclosure, Terms & Conditions and other policies published on our website.
