The Grievance Redressal Policy is guided by these principles: investors shall be treated fairly, respectfully and transparently at all times; complaints shall be handled courteously and resolved within a reasonable timeframe; queries and complaints shall be addressed efficiently, unbiasedly and fairly; and Research Bull, with all employees and representatives, shall act in good faith and in the best interests of investors at all times.

SEBI SCORES

If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 business days, register your complaint on the SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES 2.0). Two-level review — first by RAASB, then by SEBI.

First contact Research Bull directly by phone, email or in writing using the compliance details provided. If you are not satisfied within 7 business days, escalate to SEBI's SCORES platform at scores.sebi.gov.in, and then, if still unresolved, to the SmartODR portal at smartodr.in.

The Research Analyst is responsible for resolving grievances within 7 business working days, or such timelines as may be specified by SEBI under the RA Regulations.

SCORES (SCORES 2.0) is SEBI's web-based centralised grievance redressal system for the securities market. It provides a two-level review — first by the designated body (RAASB) and then by SEBI — for time-bound resolution of investor grievances.

SmartODR is the Online Dispute Resolution portal for the Indian securities market, where unresolved disputes can be taken up through online conciliation or arbitration.
